Devices page is where you can manage your own activated devices.
To configure, please follow the steps below:
- Tick/Untick to activate devices.
There are 2 types of Ring Mode:
- Ring All – All available devices in the List will ring simultaneously.
2. Sequential – Each device will ring in order, one after the other, starting from the first one in the list each time.

- Order: Starting from 1. Drag and drop to change order.
- Ring times: From 15 to 90 seconds for each device.
Debug Mode: If this mode is turned on, users using Mobile and Desktop App will be able to submit app logs whenever they face problems with the apps. This will help our technical team to identify the issue faster.
