You can invite more members to the company account to share subscriptions. Follow the steps below:

Notes:

  • The Owner can invite Admins and Members.
  • Admins can only invite Members.
  • Click HERE for role types and differences between them.

Create a new user:

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Go to Manage Organization
  3. Select Members tab
  4. Choose Create
  5. Key in the required information:
    • Name
    • Portal Access
      • Portal Access: allows users to log in to the web portal.
      • No Portal Access: creates login-less users (users without emails and passwords). The most common use of this feature is for IP Phone users who do not have to log in to the Portal and just require an IP Phone license with a PIN code to use the service properly.
    • Role
      • Admin
      • Member
    • Email
    • Assign Team:
      • No Team = Not assign to any team
      • Select a Team (if any)
  6. Create
  7. The member will receive an email with the title “Your account has been created!” with a link to set the password. 

Note:

The verification link will be expired after 30 days.

Bulk User Creation:

This feature allows the Owner/Admins to do bulk user creation for:

  • Login users (users can log in to the web portal with emails and passwords).
  • Login-less users (users without emails and passwords). 
    • The most common use of this feature is for IP Phone users who do not have to log in to the Portal and just require an IP Phone license with a PIN code to use the service properly.

1. Import Login Users:

In order to do bulk user creation for login users, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Go to Manage Organization
  3. Select Members tab
  4. Choose Import
  5. Choose User TypePortal Access
  6. Download sample file
  7. Filled in the required information
  8. Tick/Untick Automatically create PIN for imported members
  9. Upload
  10. Filter by Status: Pending > Send Activation Emails to imported members
  11. The members will receive an email with the title “Your account has been created!” with a link to set the password.

Change Member Role:

Note:

Only the Owner/Admins can change role for members.

To change the role of a member, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Go to Manage Organization
  3. Select Members tab
  4. Choose a particular member
  5. Select the Account Info tab
  6. Click Change to update the role
  7. Update
