The admin can access Bizphone Activation Checklist, Extensions Control, Call, Dial Plan, Connected Devices, and History as below.

2. Member

The admin has to assign an appropriate extension to each member before they can access the user portal. 
Once be assigned a BizPhone extension, the member can access the user portal to change Call Settings and Make calls. 
Changes made from this user portal will take effect in real time on the IP phone or the Softphone, and the BizPhone Mobile App that the member is using.
