1. Pick up a call
When there is an incoming call, User’s phone will ring along with a pop-up notification.Press:
- Blue button to accept the call.
- Red button to reject the call.
2. Finish a call
Once the conversation is over, click on the End Call button in order to hang up and receive a new call.
Missed Call
If you have a missed call, the Bizphone App will display a notification on your phone.When you log in to your App, you will see the missed call details on the Calls tab.The Red Arrow means Missed Call.
