Check Call Recording History

To check and download the Call Recording logs from our Portal, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on your Profile icon
2. Choose Manage Organization
3. On the left sidebar, select the Call History tab
4. Select the specific fields to browse the call transaction
5. Play or Download the Call Recording File
