Create a Preset quote/ Bundle

In order to create a Preset quote, please follow the steps below:

Create Presets

1. Go to the Price List app
2. Select Products
3. Add a particular product variant to the Basket
4. Click Basket to check and process
   1. Quantity
   2. Discount
   3. Total price (before Tax)
5. Choose Save as Preset
6. Fill in Name (required) and Description (optional)
7. Save

Manage Presets

Recheck the Presets

You can recheck the created Presets through the Presets tab:

Edit the Presets

• In this step, the Sales Team is also able to perform the following options:
• Products:
  • Add
  • Delete
• Change
  • Quantity
  • Discount
• Save:
  • To the current preset
  • To as a new preset

Quotes

In order to create a quotation from the existing preset, please follow the steps below:

1. After selecting and reviewing presets, you can continue to Create Quote
2. Add: 
   • Name of Quote
   • Email of Recipients
3. Save:
   • Save as draft then export to PDF:
     • Export these Quotes as a PDF file 
     • Convert these Quotes to Invoice App
   • Save as draft
     • Convert these Quotes to Invoice App
   • Save then send
     • Send these Quotes to the Recipients
     • Convert these Quotes to Invoice App
