By creating teams for your account, you will be able to view the Call History at team level

Note:

Only Owner can create and assign members to Teams, while Admins can only view created Teams.

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Go to Manage Organization
  3. Select Teams tab
  4. Click Create
  5. Add Team Name
  6. Create
  7. Click on the new team to add members for the team
  8. Choose Add Member
  9. Select Members
  10. Add
