File Management

File Management is designed to centralize all the files of Partner/Customer.

1. Invoices

1. Incoming invoice: the invoices that B3networks issues to you
2. Outgoing invoice: the invoices that you issue to your customers

2. Statement of Account (SOA)

1. Incoming SOA: the SOA that B3networks issues to you
2. Outgoing SOA: the SOA that you issue to your customers

3. Usage History

System will AUTO convert all usage history into a monthly file including:

• Call
• SMS
• Fax
• DNC

4. Download files

In order to download files, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the File Management app

2. Select File type
3. Select Month and Year
4. Choose a particular file
5. Download

Notes:

• System does not allow to delete files.
• Files would be archived for eternity.
