If you don’t receive any billing email, please check whether you have added or verified the billing email, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Choose Manage Organization
  3. Select the Address tab
  4. Check:
    • Add and verify your email if it is not on the list
    • If it is on the list, please contact us
