You can configureyour inbound callsettings in different scenarios:

  • Working Hours:
    • Available
    • Busy
    • Offline
  • Non-working Hours.

Working Hours:

1. Available:

When calls come in during working hours and you are available, the following options can be configured:

  1. Ring Devices: ring your available devices
    • Elapsed time (seconds)to trigger the Busy/Offline flow
  2. Ring Delegates: forward all incoming calls to your delegates.
  3. Forward Calls: forward all incoming calls to your forwarding list.

2. Busy:

Follow the steps below to configure your Busy Flow:
  • Simply Hang Up the incoming call
  • Ring Delegates
  • Forward Calls to the Forward List
  • Play Message
    • Supports TTS (text-to-speech) or MP3 file upload.
    • The message box is currently limited to 450 characters.
    • Multiple languages and accent options to choose from.
    • Customizable pitch: the degree of highness or lowness of a tone; from 0 (lowest) to 9 (highest).
    • Customizable speech rate: the speed; from 0 (slowest) to 9 (fastest).
    • Gender of the voice options.

3. Offline:

Follow the steps below to configure your Offline Flow:
  • Simply Hang Up the incoming call
  • Ring Delegates
  • Forward Calls to the Forward List
  • Play Message
    • Supports TTS (text-to-speech) or MP3 file upload.
    • The message box is currently limited to 450 characters.

  • The message box is currently limited to 450 characters.
  • Multiple languages and accent options to choose from.
  • Customizable pitch: the degree of highness or lowness of a tone; from 0 (lowest) to 9 (highest).
  • Customizable speech rate: the speed; from 0 (slowest) to 9 (fastest).
  • Gender of the voice options.
