You can configureyour inbound callsettings in different scenarios:
- Working Hours:
- Available
- Busy
- Offline
- Non-working Hours.
Working Hours:
1. Available:
When calls come in during working hours and you are available, the following options can be configured:
- Ring Devices: ring your available devices
- Elapsed time (seconds)to trigger the Busy/Offline flow
- Ring Delegates: forward all incoming calls to your delegates.
- Forward Calls: forward all incoming calls to your forwarding list.
2. Busy:
Follow the steps below to configure your Busy Flow:
- Simply Hang Up the incoming call
- Ring Delegates
- Forward Calls to the Forward List
- Play Message
- Supports TTS (text-to-speech) or MP3 file upload.
- The message box is currently limited to 450 characters.
- Multiple languages and accent options to choose from.
- Customizable pitch: the degree of highness or lowness of a tone; from 0 (lowest) to 9 (highest).
- Customizable speech rate: the speed; from 0 (slowest) to 9 (fastest).
- Gender of the voice options.
3. Offline:
Follow the steps below to configure your Offline Flow:
- Simply Hang Up the incoming call
- Ring Delegates
- Forward Calls to the Forward List
- Play Message
