You have the permission to check, manage, and configure the phone system’s settings for your members.

1. Click on Rubik icon > Choose one of the Settings that have Extension Level (e.g: Call Forwarding, Devices,...)

2. Select the member that you would like to update the setting

3. Update their setting properly > Apply

Once you successfully change the setting, select Apply.
