Provision a Call Group

After purchasing a Call Group License, follow the steps below to provision your call group.

Step 1: Provision a Call Group Base License:

1. Click on the profile icon > Select Manage Organization
2. Select Licenses > Call Group >Click Provision 
3. Key-in number of Call Groups needed to be provision > key-in the Call Group Number > Provision

Step 2: Assign Numbers to a Call Group Base License:

1. Select  the created group > Choose Manage Assigned Addons
2. Choose available Number Addon Licenses > Save

Note:

If no number is assigned to a call group, only the internal users can call the group. Click here for more information.
