Go to Wallboard > Queue management > Settings > In queue message > Music on hold:
- Background sound (5MB Max)
- Marketing message: You can either upload an mp3 file or type in the marketing message. Click on [+]button to add more messages.
- Breaking time between marketing messages: you can choose either:
- Full-length: messages continue after the full background sound is played.
- 5, 10, 15, 20 seconds
- Example: background sound (120 seconds), 2 marketing messages, breaking time 5 seconds. Caller will first hear the background for 5 seconds –> message 1 –> background 5 seconds –> message 2 and so on.
