To set up Work Time, follow the steps below:
Go to Configuration > Choose Work time > Set Work time and Public Holiday > Apply this time to all work schedules (optional) > Save

Note:
Working hours must be set accordingly. The system will determine and run the call flow based on the time/date the call is received.
- Toggle on working days
- Choose working time
- Click the Refresh icon to set a schedule for all other days.
- Save change
4. Set Public Holiday:
- Choose a country to apply for the holiday.
- Manually add a holiday if needed.
- Save changes
