To set up Work Time, follow the steps below:
Go to Configuration > Choose Work time > Set Work time and Public Holiday > Apply this time to all work schedules (optional) > Save

Note:

Working hours must be set accordingly. The system will determine and run the call flow based on the time/date the call is received. 

  1. Toggle on working days
  2. Choose working time
  3. Click the Refresh icon to set a schedule for all other days.
  4. Save change

4. Set Public Holiday:

  1. Choose a country to apply for the holiday.
  2. Manually add a holiday if needed.
  3. Save changes
