Tax Invoice and Monthly Invoice

We will send you Individual Tax Invoices right after all purchases including top-up, subscription, hardware. Monthly Tax Invoices only include micro-transaction items such as call, SMS, DNC check. 
As such, a transaction item will appear in only one Tax Invoice, either an Individual Tax Invoice or the Monthly Tax Invoice. 
To download the invoices, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Profile icon
2. Go to Manage Organization
3. Select Invoices tab
4. Filter by:
   • Month
   • Status
5. Download
