In this section, users are allowed to redirect the incoming call to the previous block if numbers in the current block miss the call.
Follow the steps below to configure the Forward to command:
1. Touch a block to be set up > at Next step, choose Forward to:
2. Choose the time to mark the previous block as missed and then go to this block (e.g, 30 seconds)
3. Choose a Block to forward the call to (e.g, Block 8)
4. Choose Forward Times(How many times the call will be forwarded until it is answered)
5. Set up the Message to play to the caller (optional)
6. Save
