Workflow Command: Play Message Only

In this section, users can add or attach an automated message for the callers to hear.

To set up, please follow the steps below:Choose the type of message:

• Upload an MP3 file (Max: 5Mb)
• Type your message(s) (TTS – Text to Speech) 
  1. The message is currently limited to 450 characters. 
  2. Choose Language
  3. Choose Pitch: the degree of highness or lowness of a tone; from 0 (lowest) to 9 (highest) 
  4. Choose Rate: the speed; from 0 (slowest) to 9 (fastest)
  5. Choose Gender of the voice
