Or follow the steps below to connect Zoiper for iPhone to SIP:
1. Ensure that you have SlP username and password of the SIP subscription
Login to your account > Click SIP to see the details.
2. Download Zoiper app from App Store
3. Allow it to push notifications if you want to receive incoming calls
Disable Force background and Wi-Fi Keep Active when you do not need to receive incoming calls as those settings will significantly reduce the battery life.
4. Open the app and go to Settings > Accounts
5. Select the plus icon (+) on the top right corner and select Yes
6. Choose SIP account and enter the following information
- Account Name: Any name you want
- Domain: SIP domain we provide
- Username: SIP Username (e.g. sip123456)
- Sip Password: SIP Password we provide
7. Select Register
If you have not set dial plan for your SIP, to make outgoing calls, follow this standard:
For example, if you are calling a Singapore number 1234 5678, key in 65 1234 5678 and call.
