Go to Wallboard app > Queue management Settings > Action events:

1. Maximum Queue Size:

  • Default value =-1: meaning a large number of callers (unlimited) can be in the queue. Max value can be set in the range 0 < x < 999
  • Select an action when the queue size is reached: Hangup or Callback
    • If Callback, make sure that you have enabled Callback feature for your queue. Click HERE for more details.
    • If Hangup, choose either play a message or play an mp3 file

2. Maximum Wait Time:

  • Default value =-1: meaning the caller is going to wait forever until their call is hung up or picked up. 
    • Max value can be in the range 0 < x < 999999
  • Select an action when the queue size is reached: Hangup or Callback
    • If Callback, make sure that you have enabled Callback feature for your queue. Click HERE for more details.
    • If Hangup, choose either play a message or play an mp3 file
