Bizphone Types

There are 2 categories:

Normal:

  • Make and receive calls with Bizphone App.

Call Center:

  • Make and receive calls with Bizphone App.
  • Can be added to Wallboard queue.
  • When you make an extension Call center, you need to assign to it a Role, either Agent or Supervisor.

Bizphone Roles

There are 2 roles:

  • Agent
  • Supervisor

The role in Bizphone syncs with a similar role in Wallboard (meaning a Supervisor/Agent in Bizphone is a supervisor/agent in Wallboard, respectively).

Configure Types and Role for Bizphone

To set up, please follow the instruction below:

Go to Bizphone Extensions Users > Select an extension > User Settings > Select Type and Role > Save change
