- Agent
- Supervisor
The role in Wallboard is defined in Bizphone, meaning a supervisor/agent in Bizphone is a supervisor/agent in Wallboard, respectively.
Accessibility
- Agent’s access:
- An Agent can access their own call log only
- Change his/her own status
- Supervisor’s access:
- A Supervisor can access all tabs/ functions of Wallboard app, including:
- Dashboard
- Workspace – call logs of all agents
- Queue management
- Number management (for outbound call – auto dialer feature)
- Activities log of agents
- Settings
