Your subscriptions will expire if they fail to automatically renew AND if you fail to manually recover them.
Within 28 days after the subscriptions expire, you can contact us to re-activate the subscriptions then all your data and numbers will be restored.NOTEThe reactivated subscription will follow the origin subscription start and end date although the fee is deducted fully.
Example:
- The subscription cycle is from 6 Jan 2021 to 5 Feb 2021.
- It expires on 5 Feb 2021 and is activated on 23 Feb 2021
- Subscription fee: one-month fee
- Duration: from 23 Feb 2021 to 5 Mar 2021
